Both companies are at the forefront of lighting design with new ranges and classics from the likes of Verner Panton (including the New Wave Collection pictured above and the icon which is the Flowerpot), Todd Bracher and Maria Kariis.
Above, you will see the amazing New Wave Floor Lamp by Verner Panton for Holmegaard, the gem in the New Wave collection. Also pictured is one of the iconic Flowerpot Pendant Lights available in various colours.
When Verner Panton created New Wave in 1984, Holmegaard may not have been ready for his imaginative solutions, and Panton may have been ahead of his time. At any rate, New Wave ended up in Holmegaard's basement, where it was recently discovered and dusted off and is now more up to date than ever. Base and shade merge into one another in an organic shape with an undulating surface that casts a breathtaking light and makes a sculptural contribution to the interior design.
Lead times for delivery vary upon design and can be upto 6 weeks as some lights are made to order.
