Ovetto is a 3 compartment recycling waste bin, made from recycled plastic itself, designed by Gianluca Soldi.

Each compartment has a door for bag removal and a lid for dropping waste. At the top, a plastic bottle / can compactor has been fitted to reduce the volume of the waste. It rotates 360 degrees so you can place it in a corner and still have access to all 3 bins.

Ovetto is entirely made in Italy from recycled plastic.

Ovetto was launched at the 2008 London Design Festival and was one of the nominees of the Cooper-Hewitt 2008 People Design Award with great reviews in both The Independent newspaper and The Essential Bedroom and Bathroom magazine. The Ovetto has also been featured on the BBC TV show Something For The Weekend.
